Hugo Spritz ( 200ml, 7% Vol)

Properties:

• Taste: bittersweet, fruity, tart, refreshing.

Ingredients:

• Sparkling white wine
• Elderflower syrup
• Sprig of mint
• Lime Night
• Ice cubes

Preparation:
Pour an elderflower syrup into a wine glass and fill it with ice cubes. Top up with white wine and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
